These Terms of Service govern your use of Dance AI Video, including your account, photo submissions, credits and generated videos. Use the service only if you can agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be an adult and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in details secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Available sign-in and recovery methods depend on the features currently enabled on the service.
Photos, consent and permitted use
Submit only adult portraits, pet photos and other material you own or have permission to use. Obtain the consent of each person whose likeness you submit. Follow the selected template’s photo requirements. You give Dance AI Video and its processing providers permission to handle that material as needed to check content, generate the requested video, store it and deliver it to your account. Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment, fraud, non-consensual intimate content, unlawful material, or to bypass content or access controls.
Templates, previews and AI results
Public previews show existing generated examples or attributed external references. They are not videos generated from your photos. Each template shows its photo requirements, output settings, audio and credit quote before submission. A reference illustrates the dance; its source and any differences from personalized output are explained on the template page. AI results may differ from the example and can contain likeness, motion or visual errors; no exact match or performance outcome is guaranteed.
Credits and generation tasks
Personalized generation requires sign-in, permission and sufficient credits. Review the current quote before submitting. Credits are consumed for the submitted task; confirmed generation failures return the consumed credits automatically. An uncertain submission is still being checked and is not a confirmed failure. Check the existing task before retrying so you do not submit another paid job. Credit returns are not the same as a refund of a purchase.
Purchases and subscriptions
Before you pay, review the price, currency, billing interval and included credits on the pricing page and at checkout. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew unless canceled through Billing; cancellation takes effect according to the paid billing period. Annual credits are issued upfront for the paid year. Subscription credits expire at the end of the paid billing period; one-time pack credits do not expire. No plan promises priority processing, a higher output quality or unlimited generation. For a purchase dispute or refund request, open a support ticket with the order details. These terms do not limit rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Downloads and storage limits
Completed videos are available through your account for 14 days. Download any video you want to keep before the access period ends. Local photo drafts and uploaded files have the retention limits described in the Privacy Policy. The library is not a permanent backup service. Removing a local draft does not cancel a submitted task or immediately erase files already sent for processing.
Sharing results and third-party material
You remain responsible for permission to use the people, music, footage, logos and other material in any video you publish. This service does not grant third-party music or likeness rights, or guarantee exclusive rights in an AI output. Check a template’s audio notes and add only music you are permitted to use. Follow the destination platform’s rules for AI content, disclosures and publishing. Reach, revenue and acceptance by another platform are not guaranteed.
Availability, enforcement and changes
Provider availability, processing time and available templates can change. We may restrict access or reject content to address abuse, security issues or violations of these terms. Such restrictions do not create permission to keep credits for a confirmed failed task contrary to the stated credit-return rule. Use support for account, task or billing questions. Updated terms will carry a new date here; review them before continuing to submit work. Any mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
