Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically every month or every year, depending on your selection, until canceled. Monthly plans add their monthly allowance after payment. Yearly plans add the full annual allowance upfront after payment; they do not issue monthly credit drops. Checkout shows the total charge and billing frequency.
Monthly credits expire at the end of their paid monthly billing period. Yearly credits are issued upfront and expire at the end of their paid annual billing period. Subscription credits do not roll over into the next period. One-time pack credits have no expiry date.
Open your account’s Billing page to cancel future renewals. Canceling does not remove credits already issued; their original expiry still applies. One-time packs never start a subscription.

Consumed credits are returned when a generation is confirmed failed. A task that is still processing, saving or confirming submission is not yet a confirmed failure. Check My videos before submitting again.
Yes. Browsing templates and watching public samples is free. Creating a personalized video requires an account, permission to use the photos and enough credits.
No. The plan determines your credit allowance, not the output settings. Each template page lists its own duration, resolution, framing and audio. Completed videos are available in your account for 14 days, so download them before expiry.
